Privacy policy

This policy explains what Prangan Roy ("we", "us"), the individual operating Clash Hub, collects when you use it and why.

What we collect

Account email address, for sign-in and receipts.
If you verify a Clash of Clans player tag: your player tag and the public player data returned by the official Clash of Clans API (name, town hall level, trophies, clan, league, XP level).
Listing content you submit: display name, tagline, social links.
Payment records via our payment processor, Razorpay — we store the transaction amount, status, and Razorpay's identifiers. We never see or store your card details.
Hashed identifiers (IP address and user agent, one-way hashed with a rotating salt) to prevent duplicate upvotes and duplicate click-tracking, and standard hosting/analytics logs.

What we don't collect

No images or file uploads exist anywhere in this product. We do not request or store your Clash of Clans account password or Supercell ID credentials — verification uses an in-game API token you generate and can revoke yourself at any time.

How we use it

To operate the leaderboard, apply payments to the correct listing, send receipts and moderation outcomes by email, sync your verified stats daily, and enforce rate limits and content standards.

Sharing

We share data with the service providers that make the Service work: Supabase (database and authentication), Razorpay (payments), the Clash of Clans API via a proxy (player stat lookups), and email delivery for receipts and notifications. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

If you delete your account and your listing has payment history, we hide the listing, anonymise the display name, and retain the underlying payment records for accounting and legal purposes. Data tied to a listing with no payment history is deleted on account deletion.

Your choices

You can hide your listing, edit its content, or revoke a verified player tag's API token in-game at any time. Contact us to request account deletion.
