These terms govern your use of Clash Hub (the "Service"), operated by Prangan Roy, an individual, of Panigaon, Nagaon, Assam 782001, India ("we", "us"). By creating a listing or making a payment you agree to these terms.
Clash Hub is a directory and paid promotional leaderboard for Clash of Clans players and content creators. We sell digital advertising and promotional placement on a website. We do not sell in-game items, currency, accounts, or any Supercell product, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell.
A payment increases your listing's cumulative total and its position on the paid boards in proportion to that total. This is not a guaranteed rank and not a guaranteed duration — another user can pay at any time and change relative positions. Ties on the boards go to whichever listing reached that total first.
All payments are non-refundable. See our refund policy for the full statement.
Each user account may hold exactly one listing. A listing that has received any payment cannot be deleted — it can only be hidden, which removes it from public boards while preserving its spend and rank position for if it is unhidden later.
Listings must not contain real-world contact details of minors, harassment, off-topic advertising, or solicitation of payment outside the Service. We may hold any listing for review, reject it, or recall an already-approved listing back to review, with a reason given and communicated to the account holder.
We may suspend or ban an account for violating these terms. Spend already applied to a listing is not refunded on a ban.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
